I know I see a young man who is considerate but keeps to himself, someone who does his best and is dedicated to things and people he aligns himself with. Someone who has a lot on his plate.

Growing up is like your first Pokemon battles. At lower levels, you don't take into account things like IVs and EV training and nature. You don't think too much if your Tynamo is immune to ground or if can only know four moves.

And if you aren't in a competitive situation, you only stay with that. Not that it is bad or anything.

But when you have to battle a lot- you start wondering more, looking at the situation more, trying to figure out the best move sets and people to align yourself with.
